If you have a Stencil template and added the tracking code automatically via the app.

1. Go to the Settings page (the gear icon on the upper right of the screen).

2. Click on the the 404 Error Tracking toggle to Off.


If you have a Stencil template and added the tracking code manually by copying & pasting the code.

1. Go to Storefront > Footer Scripts

2. Remove the Swerve code

3. Click Save


If you have a Blueprint template and added the tracking code manually by copying & pasting the code.

1. In your BigCommerce Control Panel, go to Storefront > My Themes.

2. Click on "Edit HTML/CSS" for the Current Theme.

3. Find the 404.html file in the left sidebar.

4. Remove the Swerve code near the bottom (immediately above the closing </body> tag) of the 404.html file and click Save.
