To subscribe to the Swerve Redirects app, go to the Settings page (the gear icon on the upper right of the screen) , then click on the Subscription tab in the Swerve app.
Click the Subscribe button on the Standard Plan.
Enter in your billing information and click the Subscribe button.
Enter in your billing information and click the Subscribe button.
A green confirmation checkmark will appear momentarily after the payment goes through.
